Also, minimize the amount of water used when flushing the toilet or taking a bath as a way of reducing water going to these tanks.

A responsible homeowner does not have to wait until the tanks are full to the brim for him or her to call an exhausting company. After six months or eight months from the last time you pumped out the sludge, open the tank and have a look. Sometimes, the tanks might fill out sooner than you expect. Whenever you notice it is nearly full hire the exhauster to work in it.

Pipes transporting sludge to the tanks at times start leaking without your notice. How will you know that they have developed a problem? When you notice a green line growing along the line on dry months, it is an indicator that there is a leakage. This could be as a result of clogging or broken pipe. Have them repaired immediately because they could cause some infections if they are not fixed.
