As more people moved into urban areas to look for more opportunities, urban spaces became congested and there was hardly any space left to build infrastructures. This is how the practice of building multiple story buildings came into place in order to work around the lack of construction lots. Seattle, however, passed a law that limited how much a lot could be developed upwards. Joe Strobele Seattle Washington helped to regain interest in real estate projects of growing into the trend of towering skyscrapers.

Joe founded the LEXAS companies in 2004 with other partners. LEXAS grew to be very successful in developing high profile projects ranging from apartments to high rise condominiums. He is also popular for developing ESCALA which is a luxury condominium in Seattle that was even featured in a popular novel also set in the area.

Because of the smart decisions he made as a businessman, Strobele successfully expanded his network because he never disappointed his investors and the people that put their trust in him. Before he independently expanded on his own, the sourcing, financing, development, and management of major projects under leading real estate companies was lead by him. He proceeded to build his own firm after learning from the examples set by his mentors in the other industries he used to engage in.

Joe even has experience in Southern California and Nevada. Prior to working in real estate, he began his career in the banking industry where he also amassed a number of skills that he now applies to his own business. His disposition toward grabbing opportunities comes from starting out as an analyst and appraiser for properties when he first began engaging in the real estate business.

To add to his accomplishments, he also used to Captain of the Air Force and holds a Bachelor in electrical engineering. Afterward, he studied real estate development in a prestigious institution. At present, he has partnered with another giant in the business, which is Midby companies.

His decision was realized after it dawned on him that he and Midby both pursued the same objectives. With a stronger workforce on his side, his is allowed to prioritize his vision of always putting customers first. He also holds a principle of never sacrificing the value of any project he is responsible for.

Of course, visionaries in real estate took a blow when the height cap was passed in Seattle. However, after it was repealed, it was clear that the demand for the development of towering structures never fully disappeared. Developers immediately put forward ideas of building new structures that matched skyscrapers.

Even with the rising demand and the ensuing competition from other developers, Strobele insisted on maintaining the quality of his projects even if it meant allotting more resources into them. He made sure that different services were offered inside the structures he helped develop. To enhance the quality of life of his clients, gyms, restaurants, and shops were also accommodated in the area.

These helped him to reinforce his principle that structures must remain relevant and functional on top of a cutting edge design. The skyscrapers he helped construct reflected the height of his ambition and determination. After all that he was able to accomplish, an important thing that people can learn from his attitude toward work is how he puts quality above all.
