Earth is in chaos. This was due to twisted upgrades and crazy technological pursuits. It is not at all bad. But, it somehow diminished human capacity to understand each other. It created an invisible line, limiting each from truly conversing with one another. However, there is still hope to this dilemma.

To begin with, you have to determine who you are talking to. Of course start asking their names. It may sound very basic, but this is essential. Well, this might be just what you need if you are a person of authority who wants to know how to become an effective supervisor. Indeed, no has fathomed the right formulas. However, try to peek and apply the following.

Learn the basics. First, you need to know bits of psychology presumptions like physiognomy. In short, face reading. For example, when your employee has a slightly curved forehead, you need to instruct them step by step. And, that is in contrast with sloped ones as they only need the instruction and from there, they know what to do next. For straight ones, just be more patient.

Its truly amazing that even the oldest book in history has this information. You see, it is what Hippocrates named, the De Temperamentis. In English, it was known as the temperaments. Its composed of namely, Sanguine, Melancholy, Choleric and Phlegmatic. All four of them are said to be innate. Perhaps, we all have that in differing percentile.

Identify the right approach. People have different reactions even under the same circumstances. It is because of the dominant bodily fluids present in the body, which explains the existence of what we now call the temperaments. To start with, Sanguine people love fun, while Melancholies love deeper things. A Choleric may be aggressive, while a Phlegmatic is not.

Encourage them with care. A sanguine can be encouraged by a lively environment. A melancholy may be pessimistic, but they are innately thrilled in seeing an achievement close to perfection. A choleric loves to win, usually enthused with challenges. Lastly, a phlegmatic is a balanced personality. Although hesitant and reluctant, a bit of gentle pressure is good.

Train them well. Once you know all basics of which they might be, it will be easier for you to find ways to respectively develop them to the fullest. You can start in practicing the power of a thank you. Say thank you to every little thing they do good. In short, learn to appreciate. But, the best thing you could do is to use your heart to win them over even during training.

Do your job. In case you do not know yet, your job is to take good care of those people under your supervision. You may be a little above them in status quo, but they are still your responsibility. So, whatever happens to any of them, you are accountable to that. Not unless if it was caused by their own ill doings. Be true to your nature, a human being.

Just as you know, they are also human beings, too. So, treat them with love. It is even mentioned in the bible, 1 Corinthians verse 16:14, do everything with love. Well, there is no argument with that. However, take the challenge in doing it. Apply it. You will surely see great difference. So, try it now.
