Big dreams need lots of drive and good jobs need your impetus. Learn how to enjoy your job again and fall in love with what you used to do. It is normal for people to feel lazy about things every now and then. One cannot really anticipate when this event will happen and one will only know about it when it brings us down. You do not want to work or just hate getting to office. The office seems loathsome to you and you begin to do other things rather than concentrate on the work in hand. Is this some kind of mental thing like a writers block? How frequent is this kind of occurrence and how widespread is it?

It is very easy to cultivate bad habits. We fraternize people and places definitely bound to bring down the curtains on our happy existence. Many-a-time we try to show off and end up doing things that has unpleasant consequences for us at the work spot.

One certainly cannot reach the shore without a boat. One must be careful to follow the beaten track or be left out. You can begin to examine the steps you took by starting with the most recent one. We notice that unimportant things like not taking out your notebook where you keep notes can upset you and once you bring out the book, everything becomes hunky-dory again.

Every job has something hard or painful. You are being paid to do that. Find another viewpoint to what you do. For example, it may be your work to make collections from everyone working with you in the office. Alternatively, it may be your duty to go daily to headquarters to make reports. When one does the same thing every day, a certain amount of displeasure is bound to creep in. Add something pleasant to your daily routine, like giving the occasional flower to Mrs. Brown when you are doing the rounds collecting reports or stopping by for a coffee on your way to the main office. You will find your work much more tolerable and even interesting.

You find enormous difference in the things each person does. You do so many things but you always have one main thing to do. It is normal to find people doing lot of file pushing, answering phone calls and answering questions that customers have. The time to do a reexamination is when you find that the work no longer thrills or interests you. Check up your daily routine step by minute step and find the pluses and minuses.

Most things will work out if we only ask. Most office staff hide behind a variety of reasons for the way they carry out their duties. Have you thought about doing less (or more) work and the reasons for the same? Do you not think that you deserve a bigger salary and better perks? The point here is not about creating a revolution. Here, we are trying to become a role model rather than becoming a leader. One needs to bring some originality in everything one does. Taking steps like this will teach you how to enjoy your job again and fall back in love with what you used to do.

Adopt the teaching method. The job will seem very tough when you see it like a newcomer does. You understand the work with much more clarity now and can help others too who are just starting out. Exploration never began without curiosity and to ignite curiosity, you need to know every detail of the work.

Living life fully involves things that go beyond money and comfort. It involves achieving happiness in our immediate surroundings and working to achieve something special. One must be wary at all times of laziness that completely floors us and makes us lose interest. When, at times we do lose interest in our work, we have to revitalize ourselves and get going again. You know, it is your life and you are the driver. You are truly the best qualified person to handle your affairs.
