You can also say that you?re looking for a job despite a current job over social media websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. All you have to do is create a post over your profile stating that you are looking for a job. Friends employed at other companies can help you as soon as they notice your post, tweet or messages. Of course, the main challenge is hiding it from your employer. The good thing about this method is that you can actually set your messages, tweets, posts, etc to private. Not only that, you are also able to deny views from your office or company so that your secret remains safe.

Recruiters

Another simple yet effective way of hiding your scheme of applying to jobs despite being employed is to send your resume or application directly over to company recruiters. There are various recruiters available over the net or over the yellow pages. You only have to be precise on the which positions you want to have from the list of offers from these recruiters. You can then immediately hand out your resume to the recruiter as soon as you find that specific job you want. The best thing about recruiters is that they prefer people with relevant experience. Thus, if you?re currently employed then that?s already a write your resume.

Direct application

Sending your resume or application directly to the company HR that you are applying for is an old yet effective way of applying to jobs and keeping it hidden from your employer. To be able to do this, you will need to bear in mind your working hours or schedule at work. You can do this during lunch breaks or during your rest days.

It is a fact that trying to hide something is not as easy as it sounds when it comes to work. Nonetheless if you try these methods you'll be safe from being caught and you'll be able to find a new job without worries.
