This is simply because a person can insert the nuts into all the slots very easily since they have a modular structure. Fastening and tightening the nuts creates a very attractive, functional. Strong, durable and lightweight structure compared to the steel frames.

Also, a T-grooves do not need clamping, welding or painting. All that needs to be done is piecing together and tightening all connectors using straightforward tools. They allow one to attach any additional materials as one may be willing to. Fused steel needs much more work and time because they entail a lot thus most Canadian manufacturers opt to use the other extrusions.

The strength and the corrosion resistance of the Tee-frames make them more advantageous. Some craftsmen may doubt their integrity, but their profiles are usually made active depending on their need. Some patterns with varying wall thickness are available. Hence an engineer can just select the profile he/she needs depending on the job he intends to use them for.

When it comes to the finishing of a frames T model, they become spotless compared to the steel frames. Welding is usually a filthy process thus the outcome becomes dirty and unappealing as well. Also, the joints that are made are permanent and cannot be changed. On the other hand, the T-frames do not require any refining process thus their finishing tends to be cleaner.
